Come get tattooed for Charity on Dec.20th
Saturday December 12, 2009
We here at MD Tattoo Studio have been thankful for everything that we have been given in the past year and to show our appreciation, we have decided to give back.
On Sunday, December 20th, between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM, we are going to be at the shop tattooing for charity.
We have predetermined, basic tattoo images to choose from.
Each will take between 15-30 minutes.
These will include: hearts, clovers, kanji, stars, skulls, musical notes, names, zodiac symbols, etc.
We will be offering these tattoos for $40 each.
Tattoo artists participating will be: Mike DeVries, Jeff Johnson, Josh Duffy, Katelyn Crane and London
Artists will be randomly chosen/first come-first serve
100% of the proceeds will go to the Salvation Army's Christmas Charity* to help out families in need this Christmas season.
If you don't want a tattoo, but are still in the giving mood, feel free to come in and donate a few bucks for the cause.
Get the best of both worlds this holiday season: add a new tattoo to your skin and help someone in need. Its a win-win!
*The American Institute of Philanthropy (AIP) lists The Salvation Army as one of the top-rated charities, which includes in its criteria that 75% of raised funds are used for the charitable purpose of the organization. This is comforting to know that your donations will really go to help someone in need. They aid by funding shelters, meal programs, buying Christmas toys for those who can't afford them, and giving emergency assistance when necessary.
