Elvgren Pin Up Girl Hybrid Tattoo

Comments: This pin up girl tattoo was a ton of fun. It was my first attempt at doing a more realistic pin up girl. Noelle, who came from Arizona to get tattooed during her winter break, gave me some Gil Elvgren artwork to look at for reference. I manipulated the colors and the face & hair from different Elvgren pieces to make this tattoo, making it more of a hybrid tattoo that no one else will have. I was limited on time so the background is a little baron and I would like to do another sitting to build up saturation - but all in all a good start and a really fun tattoo. Thanks Noelle!
